Soutshore week of Oct 25

Got my new motor and on the water. Plenty of trout on the Southshore but I can't seem to find any big ones. Most were in the 14 inch range. I found a few snook but for the most part I am leaving them alone unless we need one for tournament slam.
On Thursday I fished the hooked on Kids tournament out of Westshore. 3 great guys on my boat,. This was a slam tournament as well as biggest trout, redfish or Snook. Steven on my boat took third place snook with a not to big 22 1/2 inch snook that was released unharmed. We also slammed but were not in the money. The reds I caught were small. Tide was real low and no water to get on the reds.
