Stay Cool

Look a little deeper for fish. The Water temperature is just a tad cooler further down in the water column, Look towards the mangroves and the shade they provide, again a little cooler. Water temperature for the summer months in Florida will start off in the low 80's and will end up in the low to mid 90's by late August. I fish Tampa Bay and near by waters and  like to start my trips early and finish by early afternoon. That helps me beat the heat!
